Whether you are experiencing anxiety, low confidence, emotional difficulties, relationship challenges, identity struggles, life changes, or simply feel like you need space to understand yourself better, counselling can provide an opportunity for reflection, growth and support.

My aim is to create a supportive therapeutic relationship where individuals feel empowered to explore their experiences and develop greater self-awareness, confidence and emotional wellbeing.

Support from wherever you feel comfortable

All sessions are delivered online. That means you can access support from a place where you already feel safe — your own room, your own chair, no waiting room and no journey home afterwards.

It can be especially helpful if you prefer flexibility, or if getting to face-to-face support is difficult. All you need is a private space, a reliable connection, and a device with a camera and microphone.
